Ring in the New Year at Quince with Chef Andy Motto’s special 5-course menu.  Guests can choose from a vegetarian or regular menu. The 5-course dinner is $75 per guest and begins with a complimentary glass of Gruet sparkling wine.  Make your reservations now and celebrate with us at one of Evanston’s coziest spots for New Year’s Eve.

For the vegetarian, dinner begins with Chef Motto’s liquid cauliflower ravioli with eggplant caviar and herb butter, followed by the second course, mushroom soup with truffle, marinated mushrooms, & sunchokes.  Fall flavors delight in the third course with truffle, salsify, white beans & Brussels sprouts.  Chef’s winter squash angolotti are sure to delight any diner with its seasonal vegetables, rainbow cauliflower & herbs.  Dinner concludes with decadent chocolate – molten, basked, air, ganache, lemon. 

Guests can choose Chef’s regular menu which also begins with the liquid cauliflower ravioli, but with caviar, smoked salmon, apple compote, & herb butter.  The mushroom soup follows and sturgeon with bacon, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, salsify & shellfish emulsion headlines the third course.  Your taste buds will delight when biting into the fourth course – a ribeye with crispy monte enebro cheese, quinoa, Mediterranean flavors & mushrooms.  Save room for the chocolate dessert.
