Tuesday, January 19: 6pm ($10/person) There are a whole lot of whole grains out there! And while trying to find just the right one might feel like looking for a needle in, well, a stack of whole grains, we’re pretty sure we can help. Thanks to whole grains, everything from bread and pasta to breakfast cereals, salads and pastries gets a flavor, texture and nutrition boost. In this class we will explore different grains and flours that we have available at Whole Foods Market. Samples will be provided. Ages 15 and up.
