In an attempt to break our 2008 Guinness World Record for "Most Parmigiano Reggiano Wheels Cracked Simultaneously,"  and as a (fr)homage(io) to this Italian Masterpiece, Whole Foods Market's cheese mongers in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom will demonstrate the traditional method of cracking our exclusive 24-month aged wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano.  A unique opportunity to taste and take home the center of the wheel, go Behind the Rind in our Specialty Department for an event that will be "beyond grate".
