Yoga is the art of living skillfully amidst the stress of daily live. Whether you’re looking to heal your body, clear your mind, or live to your full potential, yoga has something to offer.  Yoga is for everyone - not just the young and flexible.

This 3-week series provides a thorough introduction to the basic breathing techniques and postures of Hatha Yoga.  If you're intimidated by group classes, or your practice has grown rusty, this is the class for you. Nick presents the postures in a simple but thorough manner and suggests modifications for individual needs.  Each class builds on the next, and by the end you will be ready to participate in any of our Basics or Mellow classes. 

Registration required.  Sign up online.  Missed classes can be made up at any other Basics or Mellow class through the end of the series.
